Meet the owners!
John’s background in hospitality and relationship building naturally influences the core focus of Wise Coatings. The company is dedicated to maintaining high customer satisfaction, taking a consultative approach, and delivering the best quality products. With a highly skilled and experienced production team, Wise Coatings ensures no shortcuts are taken in serving every customer.
After leaving corporate America following the Covid pandemic, John sought a more fulfilling career path. For him, owning a small business is more than just a job—it’s about forging meaningful relationships, helping customers enhance their spaces, and standing behind a top-tier product. He also finds immense fulfillment in creating jobs within his community. As John puts it, “As a young kid, someone took a chance on me, so now it’s my turn to pay it forward.”
A native of Colorado, John and his family settled in Aurora in 1993. He earned an MBA in Consumer Marketing from the University of Colorado in 2010. Outside of Wise Coatings, John enjoys traveling, coaching youth sports, and cooking for friends and family.
