style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scheduling jobs and sales calls<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer follow up<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Replying to emails, texts and private messages from a variety of communication portals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invoicing customers and logging payments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onboarding new team members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managing our social media activity (frequent posts of information relevant to our customers, on multiple platforms)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things running like a <\/span>well-oiled machine
