Our training programs will get you up to speed quickly.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will be trained in our company culture so you can become a positive influence on our awesome team, and so that our team can influence you and help you succeed at work and in your personal life.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The duties associated with this position include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that the customer is extremely pleased with their experience from start to finish<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that all Field Technicians behave in a way that increases the customer\u2019s confidence and comfort level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that all Wise Coatings standard operating procedures are followed to the letter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate with the Office Manager regarding schedule and job updates, customer communication, and any other relevant information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervise the activity of assigned Field Technicians<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master the use of various software for recording information, scheduling, <\/span>and communication.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in ongoing field training for all Field Technicians as directed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have experience, we may be able to start you at the full position of Crew Leader. If you have limited or no experience, we will start you out as a junior technician and give you substantial pay increases as your training progresses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are an equal opportunity company.
