400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive performance in each department to achieve target KPIs through communication, coaching and decision making.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build and develop a strong, effective and happy team through effective prospecting, hiring and employee development programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explore growth opportunities with a\u00a0 view to improving the company\u2019s bottom line.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliver periodic reports to the CEO on general performance and the state of the company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in periodic employee performance reviews (assisted by relevant <\/span>department heads)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schedule necessary meetings, review KPIs, and address any day-to-day issues that may become evident<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review
