Position Overview<\/b><\/h4>\n

We are currently hiring Field Technicians in Baton Rouge<\/b> to support our continued growth in the Walker, Louisiana<\/b> area.<\/p>\n

This is a hands-on role where you\u2019ll install high-quality floor coating systems in homes and businesses across Baton Rouge<\/b>. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work each day, this is a great opportunity.<\/p>\n

      • Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems<\/li>\n
      • Prepare concrete surfaces using grinding equipment<\/li>\n
      • Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards<\/li>\n
      • Deliver a high-quality finished product<\/li>\n
      • Provide excellent customer service on-site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Physical Requirements<\/b><\/h4>\n

            This is a physically demanding role that includes:<\/p>\n

            • Lifting materials up to 50\u201375 lbs<\/li>\n
            • Operating grinding and coating equipment<\/li>\n
            • Standing and working on concrete floors for extended periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Schedule: Mondays-Fridays<\/li>\n
              • Work Location: In-person (job sites across Baton Rouge<\/b>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
