Position Overview
We are currently hiring Field Technicians in Baton Rouge to support our continued growth in the Walker, Louisiana area.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll install high-quality floor coating systems in homes and businesses across Baton Rouge. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work each day, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Prepare concrete surfaces using grinding equipment
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Deliver a high-quality finished product
- Provide excellent customer service on-site

Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding role that includes:
- Lifting materials up to 50–75 lbs
- Operating grinding and coating equipment
- Standing and working on concrete floors for extended periods
Work Details
- Schedule: Mondays-Fridays
- Work Location: In-person (job sites across Baton Rouge)
Training & Growth
You’ll start with hands-on training in installation, safety, and customer service. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into senior technician and leadership roles based on performance.
