Commercial or Industrial Buildings:
Wise Coatings offers a limited warranty on up to 5000
square feet of floor coating materials installed in any industrial, commercial, or business use
building for three (3) years after the completion of Wise Coatings’ work. The warranty applies
only to the original purchaser of the materials and covers the following:
● Any stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills as long as the
spills were removed within 20 minutes of the accident.
● Peeling or delamination from the concrete
Residential Garages:
Wise Coatings offers a limited lifetime warranty for up to 5000 square
feet of floor coating materials installed in residential garages. The warranty applies only to the
purchaser of the product and covers:
● Hot tire markings or stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills
as long as the spills were removed within 20 minutes of the event. These spills and stains are
covered for the ten (10) years following the installation date.
● Peeling or delamination from the concrete while the original product purchaser owns the home
in which the floor coating was installed.
Exterior Surfaces:
Wise Coatings offers a limited warranty on up to 5000 square feet of floor
coating materials applied to exterior surfaces. The warranty applies only to the original
purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the work completion date and covers:
● Any stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills as long as the
spills were removed within 20 minutes of the accident.
● Peeling or delamination from the concrete
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty excludes and absolves Wise Coatings from responsibility
for:
Normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, misuse, neglect or abuse, damage to floor
coatings or other property caused by faulty maintenance or repairs made or attempted by
anyone other than authorized Wise Coatings personnel, stains or peeling caused by cracked or
defective substrate, moisture vapor transmission or hydrostatic pressure levels above eight (8)
lbs, industrial fluid spills, battery acid, or brake fluid, or damages caused by any accident,
casualty, or natural disaster.
DISCLAIMER: THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE SOLE WARRANTY OFFERED
WISE COATINGS FOR THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED UNDER
THIS CONTRACT. WISE COATINGS DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND WITH EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, THIS
DISCLAIMER INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Wise Coatings’ liability to the buyer regarding claims of loss or damage arising from the contract
of sale, its performance or breach, or related to the design, manufacture, sale, delivery,
installation, service, repair, or use of the provided floor coatings or cabinets, shall not exceed
the amount the buyer paid for the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components.
Under no circumstances shall Wise Coatings be held liable for any special or consequential
damages including, but not limited to, injuries to individuals or property damage, loss of
anticipated or actual profits, or the loss of use of any property.
This Limited Warranty gives you certain legal rights, but you may also have other rights which
vary from one state to another. Some states, for example, do not limit how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Other states may not exclude or
limit incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion specified above may not
apply to you.
– When opting in, you can expect messages from us based on the services we provide.
– You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
